Terms of Use

1. The service

WAM is a cloud service that monitors domain, SSL, uptime, technology, Cloudflare, code and backup status. The service is provided 'as is'; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed, but it is run with reasonable care.

2. Account and organization

You are responsible for your account and for the actions of people you add to your organization. Keep your information accurate and your password safe. You must be over 18 or authorized to act on behalf of your company.

3. Trial, subscription and payment

New organizations get a 14-day trial without a card. When a trial or subscription period ends a 7-day grace period applies; after that the organization becomes read-only (your data is not deleted, monitoring and alerts stop) and reopens when payment is made.

Subscriptions are monthly, prices are in TRY including VAT; payment is by card through PayTR and your saved card is charged automatically at the end of each period. Failed charges are retried a few times and you are notified by email.

Upgrades take effect immediately and start a new period at the full price; downgrades apply at the end of the period. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights are reserved.

4. Acceptable use

You may add only assets that you own or are authorized to monitor. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to generate load or scanning that harms others' systems, to disrupt the service's security or performance, or to access other customers' data. Monitoring requests use a fixed user agent and published IP addresses (Probe IPs page).

5. Your data

You own the data you upload or connect; we process it only to provide the service. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data is limited to the fees you paid in the relevant period. Alerts and measurements are informational and should not be your only source for critical processes.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for serious breach of these terms.

8. Changes and governing law

The terms may be updated; material changes are notified by email in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the competent courts and enforcement offices are those where the service provider is located, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
