WAM monitoring servers (probes)

WAM makes requests from the user agent and IP addresses below to check your sites' availability. Allowlisting them in your firewall or Cloudflare rules prevents false blocking.

How we behave

  • We only send HTTP(S) requests to addresses you added, at the interval you chose.
  • We store the status and response time of each check. For technology detection, the home page's headers, cookie names and the first part of the page source are analyzed temporarily; only detected technologies are stored.
  • Checks can run from several regions; each region has different IPs.
  • If your firewall blocks us it is not counted as an outage; a 'being blocked' alert is raised instead.

To stop monitoring, disable the site's monitor in the WAM dashboard.
